Im Prinzip Ja! Ausser Du bist jünger als 30 Jahre! Denn das ist Artikel 31 der Spielregeln:
(A)       The National Assembly shall consist of 275 members.  It shall enact a law dealing with the replacement of its members in the event of resignation, removal, or death. (B)       A nominee to the National Assembly must fulfill the following conditions: (1)        He shall be an Iraqi no less than 30 years of age.(...)

Im Prinzip ja, ausser du bist jünger als 40 Jahre. Siehe Artikel 36 der Spielregeln:
(A)       The National Assembly shall elect a President of the State and two Deputies.  They shall form the Presidency Council, the function of which will be to represent the sovereignty of Iraq and oversee the higher affairs of the country. (...) (B)       It is a prerequisite for a member of the Presidency Council to fulfill the same conditions as the members of the National Assembly, with the following observations: (1)        He must be at least forty years of age.(...)

Kommunistisch? Noch ist es nicht wirklich soweit. Seit heute kontrolliert nach dem 2. Wahlgang (schlussresultate (application/pdf, 100 KB) ) aber eine Partei die Mehrheit in Legislative (nicht allein) und Exekutive (nicht allein), die sich - stark ironisierend - umschreiben liesse als "Kommunistische Partei St. Johann". Wie ich das genau meine, weiss ich noch nicht. Aber da fällt mir schon noch was ein entlang der Idee, dass die Sozialdemokratie à la BS geprägt ist von einem Milieu, das das St. Johann für den Nabel der Welt hält. Die andere Fraktion ist die RKL, die Revolutionäre Kleinbasler Liga. Deren Nabel befindet sich im nähren Umfeld des Matthäusplatz. Das "kommunistisch" ist also beileibe nicht politisch gemeint.

(CBS) 60 Minutes asked the Department of Defense to grant us an interview. They declined. Instead, they sent a letter, which contains a figure not included in published casualty reports: "More than 15,000 troops with so-called 'non-battle' injuries and diseases have been evacuated from Iraq." Many of those evacuated are brought to Landstuhl in Germany. Most cases are not life-threatening. In fact, some are not serious at all. But only 20 percent return to their units in Iraq. Among the 80 percent who don’t return are GIs who suffered crushing bone fractures; scores of spinal injuries; heart problems by the hundreds; and a slew of psychiatric cases. None of these are included in the casualty count, leaving the true human cost of the war something of a mystery. "It's difficult to estimate what the total number is," says John Pike, director of a research group called GlobalSecurity.org. As a military analyst, Pike has spoken out against both Republican and Democratic administrations. He’s weighed all the available casualty data and has made an informed estimate that goes well beyond what the Pentagon has released. "You have to say that the total number of casualties due to wounds, injury, disease would have to be somewhere in the ballpark of over 20, maybe 30,000," says Pike.
